Ergnof Return and Refund Policy

At Ergnof, we take pride in the precision engineering and craftsmanship of our ergonomic furniture and workspace solutions. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Returns Window

• Standard Returns (14 Days): In accordance with Egyptian consumer protection regulations, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return for items that are in their original, unused condition, with all original packaging and accessories intact.

• Defective or Non-Conforming Goods (30 Days): If you discover a manufacturing defect, structural flaw, or if the product significantly differs from what was ordered, you have up to 30 days from delivery to report the issue and request a full refund or replacement.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

• The item must be unused, unblemished, and in the exact condition that you received it.

• It must include all original packaging, manuals, hardware, and components.

• Custom-ordered or specially modified configurations may be subject to evaluation.

3. Refund Process

• Once we receive and inspect your returned item at our facility, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment or via bank transfer within a specified number of days.

4. Shipping and Return Costs

• If the return is due to an error on our part (such as a defective item or incorrect delivery), Ergnof will cover all return shipping costs.

• For standard change-of-mind returns within the 14-day window, the customer is responsible for the return shipping fees or arranging secure transport back to our facility.
